Farragut, TN

Custom homes in Farragut, where quality shows in the details. We partner with families to build homes that feel considered, comfortable, and unmistakably theirs.

Farragut, in west Knox County along Fort Loudoun Lake, is mostly established neighborhoods, and many of them have a homeowners association with an architectural review. We build that review into the schedule and prepare the drawings and selections the board asks for, so approval is a step in the plan rather than a delay.

Every Matt Noss Construction home starts from a conversation, not a plan number. Bring your lot, your budget, and your must-haves to a discovery call and we'll shape a home around how you actually live.
