Knoxville, TN

Our home base. Matt Noss Construction builds custom homes across the greater Knoxville area, where thoughtful planning and true craftsmanship turn a piece of East Tennessee into the home your family grows into.

Knoxville lots run from established neighborhoods in West Knoxville to steep, wooded hillsides and frontage on Fort Loudoun Lake and the Tennessee River. On a hillside or waterfront lot the site work can cost as much as a whole room of the house, so we price it as its own line from the first conversation rather than burying it in an allowance.

Every Matt Noss Construction home starts from a conversation, not a plan number. Bring your lot, your budget, and your must-haves to a discovery call and we'll shape a home around how you actually live.
