Oak Ridge, TN

Custom homes in Oak Ridge, engineered and crafted for the long run. Modern efficiency, honest materials, and a build process you can see and understand.

Oak Ridge is ridge and valley country, bordered by the Clinch River and Melton Hill Lake. Lots here are often long and narrow along a ridge or tucked into a hollow, which shapes where the house can sit, how the driveway climbs and where the views are, so we start with the lot before the floor plan.

Every Matt Noss Construction home starts from a conversation, not a plan number. Bring your lot, your budget, and your must-haves to a discovery call and we'll shape a home around how you actually live.
