Powell, TN
Custom homes in Powell and North Knox County. Room to spread out, built with the care and communication that make the whole process feel calm.
Powell, in north Knox County, offers rolling hills and larger lots within a short drive of downtown Knoxville. More land usually means more decisions about where the house sits, how far the driveway runs and how utilities reach it, and we help you weigh those before you commit to a design.
Every Matt Noss Construction home starts from a conversation, not a plan number. Bring your lot, your budget, and your must-haves to a discovery call and we'll shape a home around how you actually live.
