Tellico Village, TN

Custom homes in Tellico Village and the lake communities. We build for retirement dreams and second acts. Relaxed, refined, and made to last.

Tellico Village is a planned community on Tellico Lake in Loudon and Monroe counties, with lake, golf course and wooded lots. Every home there goes through the Village architectural review, and lakefront lots also need TVA approval for shoreline work, so we prepare for both before construction starts. Many buyers here are relocating from out of state and building from a distance, which is exactly when clear, regular updates matter most.

Every Matt Noss Construction home starts from a conversation, not a plan number. Bring your lot, your budget, and your must-haves to a discovery call and we'll shape a home around how you actually live.
